Troubleshooting

Schedule doesn't activate

Make sure WP-Cron is working. Some hosts disable WordPress cron. Check with your hosting provider or set up a system cron job. The plugin includes a recovery system that attempts to recover missed schedules.

Cache doesn't clear

Make sure your caching plugin is in the list of supported systems. If you use Cloudflare, verify that the API credentials are configured in your cache plugin.

Emails not arriving

Email notifications are a Pro feature. Make sure your server is configured for email sending (we recommend WP Mail SMTP) and check your spam folder.

Migration from BeezWoo

If you were using BeezWoo Schedule Homepage (v2.x), the upgrade is automatic:

  1. Install eShoopy Home Scheduler (v3.0).
  2. The plugin automatically migrates schedules, logs, and settings.
  3. Deactivate and remove the old BeezWoo plugin.
Note: all data is preserved during migration. No reconfiguration needed.
