How does the free trial work?

Yes, all eShoopy plugins are fully compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).

Home Scheduler
The schedule doesn't activate at the set time. What should I do?
Make sure WP-Cron is active. Some hosts (e.g., Kinsta, WP Engine) use a system cron. Also check that the WordPress timezone is correct in Settings > General. The plugin includes an automatic recovery system.
Does it work with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery)?
Yes. Home Scheduler changes the WordPress homepage setting, not the page content. It works with any page builder because it only modifies the 'page_on_front' option.
How many schedules can I create?
With the free plan you can have 1 active schedule. With the Pro plan you can create unlimited schedules.
Does it work with caching?
Yes, in Pro. Home Scheduler can automatically purge cache from 20+ systems (LiteSpeed, WP Rocket, Cloudflare, Redis, and more) when the homepage changes.
Gestione Bomboniere
Do I need WooCommerce to use Gestione Bomboniere?
Yes, WooCommerce 8.0 or higher is required. The plugin fully integrates with WooCommerce orders, cart, and checkout system.
Can I customize the wizard steps?
The free plan includes 3 steps (Event, Packaging, Confetti). With the Starter or Pro plan you can use all 5 wizard steps, including Tag and Message.
Is it compatible with the WoodMart theme?
Yes, the plugin is tested and optimized for WoodMart. It also works with all WooCommerce-compatible themes.
Can I set quantity discounts?

How does OTP verification work?
When a customer chooses cash-on-delivery payment, they receive an OTP code via SMS or WhatsApp. They must enter the code to confirm the order. This verifies that the phone number is real and reduces fake orders.
Can I apply a fee only above a certain amount?
Yes, SecureCod supports tiered fees. You can configure different amounts based on the order total (e.g., no fee under €50, €3 from €50 to €200, 2% above €200).
Does it work with Block Checkout?
Yes, SecureCod is fully compatible with both classic checkout and the new WooCommerce Block Checkout. Tested up to WooCommerce 9.8.
How do you handle personal data?
SecureCod is fully GDPR compliant. Data is managed locally with cascading deletion. We don't share data with external services.
Gift List
How does group gifting work?
Multiple donors can contribute to the same gift. The list owner enables group gifting on a product and sets a goal. Donors see a progress bar and contribute with any amount they wish.
Is the owner's address visible to donors?
No. The shipping address is encrypted with AES-256-CBC and is never exposed. Donors complete their purchase without seeing the recipient's address.
What are Cash Funds?
Cash funds are monetary goals for specific purposes (honeymoon, home renovation, savings). Donors contribute money toward a target, like a crowdfunding feature integrated into the gift list.
Does it work with any WooCommerce theme?
Yes, the plugin uses standard WooCommerce hooks and is compatible with most themes. Tested with Storefront, Flatsome, WoodMart, Astra, and others.
